Abstract

В данной статье представлена технология формирования готовности к трудоустройству будущих педагогов, которая включает в себя этапы (диагностический, деятельностный, рефлексивно-оценочный), содержание профессиональной мотивации, профессиональные намерения, профессиональную идентичность, знания и умения, связанные с процессом трудоустройства, рефлексивно-волевые качества), методы (тренинговые, диалогические, ситуативные, игровые), формы (индивидуальное сопровождение, групповые).

This article presents a technology for the formation of readiness for employment of future teachers, which includes stages (diagnostic, activity, reflexive-evaluative), content, professional motivation, professional intentions, professional identity, knowledge and skills associated with the employment process, reflexive-volitional qualities ), methods (training, dialogue, situational, game), forms (individual accompaniment, group).
