
The article analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of new educational standards in system of higher education in Russia. The article focuses on the positive and negative sides of these innovations. An assessment by the students is intended to prove the existence of students-oriented approach to education and also to help in the implementation of international educational standards in the practice of Russian universities.
