Abstract

Авторы уделяют особое внимание реализуемой в Петрозаводском государственном университете методике решений изобретательских задач, которая основана на использовании функционально-технологического анализа и мозговой атаки. Методика отработана в области обоснования новых конструкций оборудования и рецептур функциональных пищевых продуктов.

The method of solving inventive problems implemented in Petrozavodsk State University is based on the use of functional and technological analysis and brainstorming. The methodology has been developed in the field of substantiating new equipment designs and functional food formulations.
