Abstract

В работе проведен анализ наблюдений исследуемых студентов в возрасте от 18 до 21 года (60 человек). Первая группа студентов была без специальной физической нагрузки (35 человек), вторая группа с дополнительной физической нагрузкой (25 человек). Цель исследования: дать количественную объективную характеристику методов, используемых для совершенствования и укрепления здоровья, таких как физические тренировки. Маленький диапазон синхронизации, большая длительность развития синхронизма на границах диапазона синхронизации у студентов без дополнительной физической нагрузки по сравнению с занимающимися спортом студентами указывают на снижение регуляторно-адаптивных возможностей организма в первой группе. В результате выявлено, что основные параметры СДС количественно зависят от наличия физических нагрузок в жизни человека. Представленные данные позволяют заключить, что дополнительные физические нагрузки благоприятно влияют на регуляторно-адаптивные возможности организма.
