Anksioznost: fiziološka i patološka

Abstract

Anksioznost je univerzalno i globalno ljudsko iskustvo. Javlja se kao normalna ili fiziološka i abnormalna ili patološka anksioznost. Patološka anksioznost pojavljuje se u obliku simptoma, sindroma i anksioznih poremećaja. Najčešći anksiozni poremećaji su: generalizirani anksiozni poremećaj, panični poreemćaj (s ili bez agorafobije), agorafobija, socijlan fobija, druge fobije, opsesivno-kompulzivni poremećaj, poremećaji prilagodbe (krizna stanja) i reakcije na teški stres (akutni stresni poremećaj, posttraumatski stresni poremećaj). Najbolji terapijski rezultati u tretmanu anksioznih poremećaja postižu se kombinacijom racionalne farmakoterapije (poglavito antidepresivima iz skupine inhibitora ponovne pohrane serotonina) i psihoterapijom (kognitivno-bihevioralnog tipa).
