The presented report summarizes the results of an 11-year study of the phenomenon of self-irrigation of plants, which is a consequence of a decrease in plant surface temperature below the dew point. Particular attention is paid to recent experiments on the study of circadian rhythms of temperature and the efficiency of dewfall on plants with different types of metabolism.
