Abstract

The study describes a health information system (HIS) developed for the purpose of accompanying a cardiologist during the examination and treatment of patients with special pathology (diseases of the cardiovascular system). This system provides opportunities for monitoring and storing indicators of the patient's health status as well as assigning medical consultations and scheduled visits. The system includes an artificial intelligence module, which currently provides opportunities for early diagnosis and prediction of the risk of major atherosclerosis in all patients who have applied, as well as for predicting the mortality of patients who have suffered a myocardial infarction. The software is developed on the basis of .NET using Angular, MS SQL Server DBMS and Python machine learning models.
