    Project aims to create new capacities for graduate students from partner-countries to integrate in international research-business collaboration in the sphere of sustainable urban development. The project will build a network of universities and research institutes, public and private companies and political bodies in Russia, China and EU to strengthen international collaboration in green technologies for sustainable development of megacities, including management and design of urban forests and green infrastructure, landscaping, urban farming and waste management. The main activities planned by the project include 1) internships of graduate students; 2) short-term introduction and adaptation courses for students, coming for internship abroad; 3) training international experts on environmental issues of urban sustainable development; 4) professional training courses for companies and policy-makers on environmental issues of urban sustainable development.

    Nowadays Russian and Chinese universities have to offer programs, which facilitate graduates’ adaptation to the real manufacturing and business environment and raise their competitiveness at the labor market. In order to develop a qualitative program, it is necessary to establish close links with business community as well as European universities, which have rich experience in development of similar programs. The wide objective is by introduction of interdisciplinary programs at Russian and Chinese Universities, to enhance the quality of education in the electrical and measurement engineering and the employability of Russian and Chinese graduates in this field through internationalization of Master Curricula along the Bologna lines. The first specific objective of the project is to design and develop the interdisciplinary master program “Instrument engineering and intelligent quality control”. The second specific objective of the project is to set up a virtual instrument training together with information and project management systems training to enhance obtaining practical skills and modernization of traditional teaching by applying the new communication and information systems and technologies (i.e., a virtual enterprise approach with technical engineering skills and project management skills). The third specific objective is to develop internationalization strategy of international cooperation for promotion mutual interest and mobility of students between Partner Universities by means of exchange and mobility programs and/or double degree programs. Academic staff and students of educational institutions of Russian and Chinese engineering universities will be final beneficiaries of the Project.     "The project ""Developing Master Programmes in Mobile Applications and Game Design"" (MAGnUS) is aimed at enhancing IT graduates employability and quality of IT education at RU and AZ universities through introducing an interdisciplinary Master programmes in line with the Bologna provisions. The specific project objectives are: To develop new interdisciplinary high-quality multi-track Master program in Mobile applications and Game design in line with Bologna provisions and while adapting the EU best practice;• To upgrade the teaching staff skills in T• To set up student labs;The main project outputs are: Master programme in Mobile Applications and Game Design delivered at 6 RU and AZ universities; teachers possessing the-state-of-the art T&A methods; 6 student design labs set up at partner universities; pilot mobility schemes tested within the project; two summer schools conducted in partner countries, joint student projects in relevant fields. The Master programme will have two tracks and will consist of 6 modules and Master thesis defence. The project objectives will be achieved through the implementation of six work packages. During the preparation phase the main project policies and plans will be devised and analysis of key employers' needs conducted. During the development phase main outputs are to be produced. Training of teachers will be done through the cascade model: first, the train the trainer program will be introduced for a small number of qualified teachers; then the trained trainers will transfer the skills to a wider circle of academics. The student labs will serve as a link to partnerships with business partners which will be involved in project activities as associated partners. All project outputs will be evaluated through peer reviews, business partners' evaluation reports, student and trainees' satisfaction survey. MAGnUS will provide dissemination of the outputs through various measures."
