
The article examines the classification of organizational cultures well as the allocation of the aggregate of social and cultural problems related to efforts of members of the organization for integration and interaction with the external environment. Elucidated the factors that determine the impact of management of the leader on organizational culture. The study determined that the task of optimizing the use of capacity management leadership finds expression in maintaining the balance of influence on the organization as a single organism and its separate elements. Management values as a function of managerial leadership involves the identification, formation and cultivation of values which, on the one hand, correspond to the organization's strategy, on the other hand, divided those who represent a human resource to implement the selected strategy. Proven managerial leader must be able to highlight the shared values of the common information flow; to identify them in accordance with the strategy of the organization; showing the utmost attention to the individual values of each employee.
