ANALYSIS OF LEADING TENDENCES OF AXIOGENESIS PHYNOMEN STUDY

Abstract

The urgent problems of forming the personality axiosphere as a social regulator and a motivator of its behavior are considered in the article. The necessity of considering the phenomenon of axiogenesis, connected with the gradual dynamics of the value sphere of the person is proved. The purpose of the article is to carry out an analysis of more thorough scientific directions in the study of the phenomenon of axiogenesis. Methods of research used: analysis (definitions analysis, comparative and contrast analysis), synthesis, and generalization. Axiogenesis is analyzed as a value-purposed stem of axiopsychology based on the principle of integral subjectivity, according to which the ability of person to self-regulation manifests itself in the ascending theological perspective in the continuum: 1) relative subject; 2) monosubject; 3) polysubject; 4) metasobject; 5) an absolute subject. The effective aspects of the axiogenesis of the personality, which (according to Z.Karpenko), are related to the value consciousness of the individual with a certain spectrum of motivational and dispositional entities. The analysis of axiogenesis in the format of the cultural-phenomenological approach (G.Radchuk) is represented, which is based on the idea of the congeniality of the three forms of man as a subject of culture: real, ideal and mediatory, and the recognition of the fundamental role of self-determination as a motivational and volitional nucleus and result axiogenesis. The scientific tendency in the format of which axiogenesis is represented as professional axiogenesis, that is, the pedagogical aspects of axiogenesis are associated with the professional axiogenesis of the future teacher, the essence of which is the transformation of the personality values of the future specialist in professionally significant in the conditions of internal freedom in the situation of choice and the ability to take responsibility for process and result of its activity (according to M.Chainska). The dynamic features of axiogenesis (according to V.Mytsko) are analyzed, namely: main types of causing this process: 1) motivation by the result (purpose reason); 2) motivation with meaning (formal reason); 3) motivation by the process (motive reason).
