Abstract

Квалифицированная подготовка врачей-интернов является важной задачей современного последипломного образования. С целью улучшения качества обучения и преподавания дисциплины проанализировано 76 анкет врачей-интернов первого года обучения. По результатам проведенного анализа внедрены и осуществлены мероприятия, способствующие повышению качества учебного процесса в интернатуре.

Qualified training of interns is an important ­problem of the modern postgraduate education. In order to improve the quality of learning and teaching of the subject, 76 questionnaires of fresher interns were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, measures were implemented and carried out for improving the quality of the educational process in the internship.

Кваліфікована підготовка лікарів-інтернів є важливим завданням сучасної післядипломної освіти. З метою поліпшення якості навчання та викладання дисципліни проаналізовано 76 анкет лікарів-інтернів. За результатами аналізу було впроваджено та виконано заходи, що сприяли зростанню якості навчального процесу в інтернатурі.
