TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATORS TO THE FORMATION OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR

Abstract

The article reveals the problem of training future educators to work with children who suffered as a result of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. The opinion of well-known scientists has been confirmed that a modern specialist in preschool education must first of all be spiritually and morally formed himself, aware of the deep meaning of the concepts: love, mercy, kindness, sensitivity, obedience, politeness, mutual help, gratitude, respect, because children, and especially those who suffered from the war and who need pedagogical support, take their spiritual strength and nourishment precisely from their mentors. The importance of quality training of the future educator to work with such children is emphasized. In accordance with the "Code of Values of Modern Ukrainian Education and Development" by O. Vyshnevskyi, the implementation of the training of modern preschool education specialists for the formation and restoration of spiritual and moral values in children affected by military actions is presented. It was concluded that only in a complex combination of study of educational disciplines is the accumulation of theoretical knowledge and organization skills and carrying out various forms of practical activities with children for the formation and restoration of their spiritual and moral values.
