Vozny Одесский национальный медицинский университет, Украина Odessa National Medical University, Ukraine Abstract This article highlights the issues of psychocorrectional, psychotherapeutical, psychoeducational and social activities related to the treatment of alcohol dependence in men. After a comprehensive medical and psychological research goals and targets psychocorrection and a plan of activities were worked out. It was used the biopsychosocial model of dependence which allowes to have influence on all links of pathogenesis and to get long-term remission in these patients’ category. Реферат В данной статье освещены вопросы психокоррекционных, психотерапевтических, психообразовательных и социальных мероприятий, касающихся лечения алкогольной зависимости у мужчин. После проведеного комплексного медико-психологического исследования определены цели и мишени психокоррекции и составлен план мероприятий. Учитывая биопсихосоциальную модель зависимости удалось эффективно воздействовать на все звенья патогенеза и достичь длительной ремиссии данной категории пациентов. Ключевые слова: алкогольная зависмость, психообразование, психотерапевтический комплекс, тренинг социальных навыков.
