FEATURES OF LEADERSHIP QUALITY FUTURE MANAGERS DEVELOPMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION STAFF

Abstract

Features of leadership qualities and managerial competence of future man­agers are highlighted. It is also determined that the use of training and game forms in the process of professional training contributes to the development of leadership potential and leadership qualities of future managers, actualization of interest in practical activities, which promotes further activity in the constant acquisition of knowledge and their use in practice in management activities. The article contains an author's vision for the use of training and game techniques in the educational process in order to develop the leadership potential of future managers.

Висвітлено особливості розвитку лідерських якостей майбутніх ме­неджерів в процесі професійної підготовки у вищій школі. Визначено, що застосування тренінгових та ігрових форм в процесі професійної підготовки сприяє розвитку лідер­ського потенціалу та лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів, актуалізує інтерес до практичної діяльності, що сприяє подальшій активності у постійному оволодінні знаннями та використанням їх на практиці в управлінській діяльності. Стаття міс­тить авторське трактування проблематики використання тренінгових та ігрових методів у навчально-виховному процесі з метою розвитку лідерського потенціалу май­бутніх менеджерів.

Освещены особенности лидерских качеств и управленческой ком­петентности будущих менеджеров. Определено, что применение тренинговых и игро­вых форм в процессе профессиональной подготовки способствует развитию лидер­ского потенциала и лидерских качеств будущих менеджеров, актуализирует интерес к практической деятельности, способствует дальнейшей активности в постоянном овладении знаниями и использованием их на практике в управленческой деятельности.Статья содержит авторское видение на использование тренинговых и игровых методов в учебно-воспитательном процессе с целью развития лидерского потенциала будущих менеджеров.
