Abstract

Competence is considered by scientists as the ability of a specialist to achieve the goal and provide the professional activities in a particular field effectively. The analysis of a complex of sources suggests that effective solution of the problem of ensuring the quality of professional training in the context of the implementation of a new life-long education strategy requires that the competent teacher meets the following demands: competitiveness in the market of educational services; mobility and flexibility of adaptation to socio-economic and professional changes; conscious professional self-development and self-improvement; creative approach to professional activity.Museum and pedagogical activity in the process of teacher training reveals wide opportunities for using psychological, pedagogical and methodical means of educational influence in the conditions of the museum environment. Attracting future teachers to scientific research using the means of museum and pedagogical activity through the organization of scientific studies, fund work, holding of scientific conferences and seminars, research works contests contributes to the formation of humanitarian culture, global and professional pedagogical thinking, a comprehensible worldview, ensures the methodology of cognitive activity mastering, knowledge of methods and operations of children inclusion into various activities (worldview and cultural aspects); allows to master the psychological and pedagogical methods of diagnostics, knowledge of methods and techniques for the children inclusion into various activities competently (psychological, pedagogical and methodical aspects); gives the opportunity to use the achievements of folk pedagogy, psychology and world pedagogical science, learn to identify the specific educational tasks, taking into account the purpose of education, the social situation, the level of the collective development, to provide pedagogical communication on the basis of diversification of the joint activity (pedagogical skills and abilities).

Розглянуто проблему підготовки вчителя до виховної роботи у відповідності до соціокультурних умов з використанням потенціалу музейно-педагогічної діяльності, визначено основні музейно-педагогічні компетенції у сфері виховної роботи.
