In the framework of the study data on gender differences in suicidal intentions in connection with the parameters of the emotionalvolitional sphere are analyzed. The indicators of the emotional sphere include stress, mood, optimism. Indicators of suicidal intentions are suicidal thoughts and plans, as well as suicidal attempts. (questionnaires M. Perret and others). Statistically significant differences in the indicator of suicidal intentions between boys and girls were revealed. The level of suicidal intentions among girls is higher. A higher indicator of suicidal intentions among girls can be explained by differences in the parameters of the emotionalvolitional sphere of the personality.
