EMOTIONAL-VOLITIONAL READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STUDENTS OF DIFFERENT TRAINING COURSES

ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНО-ВОЛЕВАЯ ГОТОВНОСТЬ К ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ СТУДЕНТОВ-ПСИХОЛОГОВ РАЗНЫХ КУРСОВ ОБУЧЕНИЯ

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено содержание эмоционально-волевой готовности к профессиональной деятельности будущих психологов. В качестве ведущих показателей эмоционально-волевой готовности студентов выделены: эмоциональный интеллект, эмпатические способности, эмоциональная устойчивость. Результаты эмпирического исследования показывают, что у студентов-психологов старшего курса показатели эмоционально-волевой готовности к будущей профессиональной деятельности выше, чем у студентов второго курса.

The paper discusses the content of the emotional-volitional readiness of future psychologists for professional activities. The following indicators were identified as the leading indicators of students emotional-volitional readiness: emotional intelligence, empathic abilities, emotional stability. The results of an empirical study show that senior psychology students have higher emotional-volitional readiness for future professional activities than second-year students.
