
В статье на основе архивных материалов рассмотрена деятельность музыкально-образовательных учреждений Южного Урала, их роль в подготовке кадров для учреждений культуры и искусства. Автором изучены основные проблемы, с которыми столкнулись учебные заведения Магнитогорска, Челябинска, Чкалова (Оренбурга) и Уфы в послевоенное десятилетие: дефицит квалифицированных преподавателей, слабая материальная база. Это негативно сказывалось на учебном процессе и в итоге влияло на уровень подготовки учащихся.
The article on archival materials examined the activities of musical educational institutions of the Southern Urals, their role in the training of personnel for cultural and art institutions. The author studied the main problems faced by schools in Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk, Chkalov (Orenburg) and Ufa in the postwar decade: the shortage of qualified teachers, poor resource base. All this has a negative effect on the learning process and ultimately affect the level of training students.
