Abstract

В статье приведены данные исследования по оценке индивидуального 4-летнего риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у пациентов с неконтролируемой АГ (АД ≥ 140/90 мм рт.ст.) и СД 2-го типа с помощью модели исследования ADVANCE в Украине (программа СТАТУС). Показано, что почти половина пациентов с СД 2-го типа и неконтролируемой АГ имеют очень высокий 4-летний риск кардиоваскулярных осложнений — ≥ 8 %, который определяется не только повышенным АД, но и наличием сопутствующих состояний.
