Abstract

The analysis of features of a hallucinative and hallucinatory-dilision symptomatology added with an experimental and psychological research of intellectual and cognitive functioning (by Raven’s Scale of Progressive Matrices), at sick three groups – with shizofrenoform disorders of perception and thinking in the remote period of a craniocereberal trauma (CT) (43 patients), with schizophrenia of the complicated CT (42 patients) and with schizophrenia without burdens of CT (41 patients) is carried out comparative clinical (clinical and psychological and structural and dynamic). It was emphasized the clinical and psychodiagnostic criteria promoting increase in reliability of differential diagnostics in patients with the above-stated pathology.
