PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF STUDENTS IN ART COLLEGE

ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЕ САМООПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ СТУДЕНТОВ ХУДОЖЕСТВЕННОГО КОЛЛЕДЖА

Abstract

The paper considers the understanding of the essence of professional self-determination. The authors highlight psychological indicators of professional self-determination in adolescence. The results of an empirical study of professional and personal identity, educational and professional motivation as indicators characterizing professional self-determination among students of art college are presented in this work. The need for psychological support of professional self-determination of college students is shown as well.

В статье рассмотрено понимание сущности профессионального самоопределения. Выделены психологические показатели профессионального самоопределения в юношеском возрасте. Представлены результаты эмпирического изучения профессиональной идентичности, самоотношения личности и учебно-профессиональной мотивации как показателей, характеризующих профессиональное самоопределение у студентов художественного колледжа. Показана необходимость психологического сопровождения профессионального самоопределения студентов колледжа.
