ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО И СОЦИАЛЬНОГО СТАТУСА ВРАЧА-ОФТАЛЬМОЛОГА

Abstract

В работе приводяться данные об особенностях преподавания офтальмологии в условиях реформирования здравоохранения. Подробно рассмотрены новые формы и методы организации учебного процесса Проведен анализ особенностей различных видов самостоятельной работы курсантов при подготовке к учебному процессу. Рассматриваются вопросы повышения мотивации к организации постоянного обучения у врачей. В работе освещаются вопросы подготовки врачей-интернов. Большую роль в подготовке врачей офтальмологов играет использование мультимедийных презентаций, как при внеаудиторной подготовке, так и при чтении лекций. Делается акцент на использовании информационно-комуникативных технологий в процессе последипломного обучения, которые прежде всего способствуют развитию твореского мышления врача.
