Abstract

В статье рассматривается правовое сознание Византийской империи с точки зрения причин, обусловивших его формирование. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам влияния христианства на правосознание византийского общества. Автором предпринята попытка типологизировать факторы, оказавшие влияние на византийское правосознание. The article considers the legal consciousness of the Byzantine Empire in terms of the reasons for its formation. A special attention is paid to the influence of Christianity on the legal consciousness of Byzantine society. The author made an attempt to systematize the factors that influenced the Byzantine sense of justice.
