CONCEPT, CLASSIFICATION AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF KEY EDUCATIONAL COMPETENCIES

ПОНЯТИЕ, КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ И ОБЩАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КЛЮЧЕВЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ

Abstract

The article describes research in the field of developing a register of basic educational competencies students should master in the course of their educational activities; differentiates the categories "competence" and "competency"; examines the definition of their concepts; characterizes supra-subject, general subject, and subject competencies; suggests an original interpretation of the concept of "key educational competencies" as well as their classification with the allocation of three interrelated groups and general characteristics; identifies the requirements that are imposed on the process of forming the leading educational competencies of a student and addresses internal and external factors that affect their development.

В статье описаны исследования в области разработки реестра основных образовательных компетенций, которыми должен овладеть учащийся в процессе своей образовательной деятельности; проводится разграничение категорий «компетенция» и «компетентность»; рассматривается определение их понятий; характеризуются надпредметные, общепредметные и предметные компетенции; предложена авторская трактовка понятия «ключевые образовательные компетенции», их классификация с выделением трех взаимосвязанных групп и общая характеристика; выделены требования, которые предъявляются к процессу формирования ведущих образовательных компетенций школьника; затрагиваются внутренние и внешние факторы, оказывающие влияние на их развитие.
