The existence of many project management methodologies focused on various subject areas and project features does not yet guarantee their successful use in project-oriented enterprises. Since the effectiveness of this process depends on the provision of various software and information tools for project management and most importantly, on how well the project management methodology takes into account the specifics of this enterprise. In fact, we are talking about the need to implement a systems approach to taking into account the specifics of a project-oriented enterprise in the process of implementing project management methodologies and provision them with modern information technologies. The analysis showed that in the world the issues of implementation both methodology and project management information technology separately studied well. But the issues of organizing the interaction of components and methodology, and project management information technology require its own solution. It is shown that the solution to this problem should be based on a clear organization of the implementation processes of project management methodologies and technologies that take into account the conditions and specifics of projects of each project-oriented enterprise. For this, the article proposed a single organizational structure - the center for the development and implementation of specific methodologies and corporate project management systems. It is shown that the purpose of the center is to create a project management system for a project-oriented enterprise that combines both methodological and technological components of project management processes. The tasks of the center in the processes of portfolio management are defined. Departments are allocated and their functions are offered. Role structure is developed. The scheme of the mutual influence of methodological and technological components of the project management system is proposed. The components of the specified methodology, and information technology included in the project management system, are described. The results of the practical verification of the proposed organizational model at project-oriented enterprises of Ukraine are presented.

Існування у світі багатьох методологій управління проектами, орієнтованих на різні предметні області і особливості проектів, ще на гарантує їх успішного використання на проектно-орієнтованому підприємстві. Оскільки ефективність їх використання залежить і від забезпечення різними програмно-інформаційними інструментами управління проектами, і найголовніше, від того, наскільки методологія управління проектами враховує специфіку цього підприємства. По суті, мова йде про необхідність реалізації системного підходу до обліку специфіки проектно-орієнтованого підприємства в процесах впровадження методологій управління проектами та їх забезпечення сучасними інформаційними технологіями. Проведений аналіз показав, що в світі питання впровадження і методології, і інформаційної технології управління проектами окремо добре вивчені. Але питання організації взаємодії компонентів методології та інформаційної технології управління проектами вимагають свого вирішення. Показано, що в основі вирішення цієї проблеми повинна лежати чітка організація процесів впровадження методологій та технологій управління проектами, що враховують умови і специфіку проектів кожного проектно-орієнтованого підприємства. Для цього в статті запропонована єдина організаційна структура - центр розробки та впровадження конкретизованих методологій і корпоративних систем управління проектами. Показано, що метою центру є створення системи управління проектами проектно-орієнтованого підприємства, що об'єднує і методологічні, і технологічні компоненти процесів управління проектами. Визначено завдання центру в процесах портфельного управління. Виділено підрозділи та запропоновано їх функції. Розроблено рольову структура. Запропоновано схему взаємовпливу методологічних і технологічних компонентів системи управління проектами. Описано компоненти конкретизованої методології та інформаційної технології, що входять в систему управління проектами. Наведено результати практичної перевірки запропонованої організаційної моделі на проектно-орієнтованих підприємствах України.
