DESIGNING AN INTEGRATED MODEL OF FUNCTIONING ENERGY-ACTIVE BUILDINGS

Authors: Kosheva, Victoria;

DESIGNING AN INTEGRATED MODEL OF FUNCTIONING ENERGY-ACTIVE BUILDINGS

Abstract

The article discusses the methodology for constructing an integrated geometrically mathematical model for the design and reconstruction of energy-efficient and energy-active architectural objects. Schemes for the formation of an energy-efficient model have been created, some restrictions have been taken into account when introducing energy-efficient systems and technologies in residential buildings. Defined the composition of energy models, its internal relationships, based on a systematic approach to constructing a comprehensive energy-active model, it is defined as a combination of three: climatic, structural and heat engineering using BIM technologies. A complex model of the thermal regime of an energy-active building was built.The creation of a complex geometric model of an energy-active building makes it possible to visualize and mathematically justify the process of designing or reconstructing buildings and structures. Take into account climatic-ecological, urban planning, architectural-constructive, engineering-technological, scientific solutions. The obtained energy efficiency indicators can be used both for analysis and for determination of technical and technological energy efficiency indicators for objects of modern architecture and urban planning.
