EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF TEMPERATURE FIELD IN THE DIAPHRAGM OF PIEZORESISTIVE PRESSURES SENSOR

Abstract

The article is devoted to experimental research of temperature field in the diaphragm of piezoresistive pressures sensor under thermal shock. The need for such research appeared in connection with the development of special methods of pressure measurement in environments with non-stationary thermal influences.In this article submitted for the main theoretical aspects of research, including analytical equation describing of nonstationary temperature field in the diaphragm. Describes the equipment and experimental research character of this field under thermal shock and shows the results of research instance of sensor designed to measure the pressure under non-stationary thermal influences

Статья посвящена экспериментальному исследованию температурного поля в мембране тензорезистивного сенсора давления при термоударе. Необходимость таких исследований возникла в связи с разработкой специальных способов измерения давления в средах с нестационарными термовлияниями. В работе подаются главные теоретические аспекты для проведения исследований, в частности подается аналитическое уравнение, описывающее нестационарное температурное поле в мембране. Далее описывается оборудование и ход экспериментальных исследований характера этого поля при термоударе и показаны результаты исследований экземпляра сенсора, предназначенного для измерения давления при нестационарном термовлиянии

Стаття присвячена експериментальному дослідженню температурного поля у мембрані тензорезистивного сенсора тиску при термоударі. Необхідність таких досліджень виявилась у зв’язку з розробленням спеціальних способів вимірювання тиску в середовищах з нестаціонарними термовпливами.В роботі подаються головні теоретичні аспекти для проведення досліджень, зокрема подається аналітичне рівняння, що описує нестаціонарне температурне поле у мембрані. Далі описується обладнання та хід експериментальних досліджень характеру цього поля при термоударі та показані результати досліджень екземпляра сенсора, призначеного для вимірювання тиску при нестаціонарному термовпливі
