The way of energy efficiency of the railways units

Abstract

The article presents a rationale for the further introduction of heat pump and thermal storage technology in the heating systems at the facilities of railway transport. Shown significant advantages of this technique over existing systems, primarily due to a significant reduction in demand for scarce fuels and its environmental friendliness.
