In recent years, the research of target tracking technology has become a key project in the field of vision research. This paper presents a new type of moving object detection algorithm. The algorithm is based on particle filter algorithm, the inter-frame difference method is added to realize the target tracking and the detection of motion state, and the resampling is used to solve the particle degradation problem. The accuracy of the algorithm for realizing the detection of moving targets is verified.
