ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ МОЛОДЕЖНОГО ВОЛОНТЕРСТВА В ЭПОХУ ПАНДЕМИИ

Abstract

The article examines the factors and consequences of the transformation of the youth volunteer movement during a pandemic noting the aspects of changes in the motivation of volunteer activities in the context of the global threat of a viral epidemic. The article analyzes the transformations in the socio-civil foundations of the activities of youth, primarily student volunteer associations dedicated to social and medical volunteering. The author substantiates the advantages of the altruistic model for modern volunteering in the field of assistance to a society facing the challenge of a pandemic and examines the pedagogical principles of organizing the activities of medical volunteer students in the context of global epidemic threat.

В статье рассматриваются факторы и последствия трансформации молодежного волонтерского движения в эпоху пандемии. Отмечаются аспекты изменений мотивации деятельности волонтеров, в условиях глобальной угрозы вирусной эпидемии. Анализируются трансформации в социально-гражданских основах деятельности молодежных, прежде всего, студенческих добровольческих объединений, посвященных социальному и медицинскому волонтерству. Обосновываются преимущества альтруистической модели для современного волонтерства в сфере помощи обществу, находящемуся перед вызовом пандемии. Рассматриваются педагогические принципы организации деятельности студентов - медицинских волонтеров, в ситуации глобальной эпидемической угрозы.
