El sistema de adposiciones del chichimeco

Abstract

En este trabajo se describe el sistema de adposiciones del chichimeco jonaz; esta lengua presenta un sistema de adposiciones reducido. Fenómeno común en algunas lenguas de la familia otomangue (Ortiz et al 2018) el cual está asociado a sistemas mixtos formados por adverbios locativos, sustantivos relacionales, verbos posicionales y locativos. El morfema βa exhibe un comportamiento propio de una adposici.n esto en cuanto a su disposición como forma gramatical espec.fica. Las propiedades gramaticales y semánticas de este morfema están descritas de manera puntual; igualmente, se presentan los rasgos formales. Teniendo en consideraci.n el sistema tonal de la lengua se señalan las propiedades prosódicas y morfofonológicas en función del elemento que toma como anfitrión la forma βa. También se presentan las propiedades funcionales de esta posposición, las cuales se relacionan con la expresión de la noción de instrumento, la formación de sustantivos relacionales, los cambios de ruta y la cuantificación de eventos. En la parte final del trabajo, se propone que esta forma βa, dentro del ámbito oracional, presenta rasgos propios de los aplicativos, y en el ámbito de la frase nominal codifica referencia específica.
