Abstract

Resumo Falar em Direitos Humanos ou direitos dos cidadãos e no respeito aos seus estatutos, ecoa por vezes dicotômico e porque não dizer inalcançável, principalmente quando comparadas entre o que seria o ideal ou utópico e a inverossímil realidade no cumprimento dos seus preceitos. Por se tratar de um tema cujas controvérsias ocupam boa parte das discussões científicas, não parece diferente no âmbito da Filosofia. Sendo assim, partindo das premissas elencadas, este artigo se propõe a abordar a visão de Hegel e Bobbio sobre o que talvez legitime os direitos humanos em sua noção prática, tomando por referência a Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos e os seus regramentos categóricos.
