Abstract

Em Memórias do subsolo, escrita por Dostoiévski em 1864, emerge a confissão das incertezas e contradições de um homem. Kafka, n’A construção (1923), opta pelo discurso do protagonista dirigido e elaborado sob a influência antecipável do outro. Propõe-se, neste trabalho, a acompanhar as duas narrativas a partir de ideias e conceitos bakhtinianos presentes em Problemas da Poética de Dostoiévski (PPD), a saber: homem no homem, tom confessional, diálogo interior, autoconsciência dialogizada, polêmica velada e aberta, discurso com evasivas, consciência e alteridade. Objetiva-se, portanto, analisar, a partir da organização teórica e metodológica esboçada em PPD, alguns dos graus e formas de incorporação da palavra do outro nas duas novelas, de modo a acompanhar o relato e a confissão de duas personagens que vivem no subsolo, privadas de reconhecimento e interação, em um espaço de ausência e silêncio.
