Abstract

1940 senesi Türk ilim alemi için bir felâketle başladı, şubat ve mart aylarında biribiri ardından dört büyük ilim ve fikir adamımızı daha kaybettik; sırasiyle Ahmed Tevhid, Hüseyin zâde Ali, BesimÜmer, İsmail Sâib. Ben bunlardan yalnız ikisinden, üstad AhmedTevhid ile üstat İsmail Sâib Sencer'den kısaca bahsedeceğim.
