RESUMEN: En el presente artículo se abordan problemas relacionados con la disciplina militar del ejército bajoimperial y su progresiva relajación, que con el paso del tiempo darán lugar, entre otras cosas, a una numerosa legislación contra la deserción.ABSTRACT: This article studies the problems related to military discipline in the amy during the late empire and its progressive relaxation which, with the passage of time gave rise to, amog other things, abundant legislation regarding desertion
