INITIAL FORMATION: ANALYSIS OF THE SATISFACTION AND MOTIVATION FOR THE TEACHING ACTIVITY

Abstract

The present article had for objective to verify the index of satisfaction and motivation for the exercise of the teaching activity, the future expectations after the formation, the difficulties found during the formation and the exploitation of the course for the professional life of a group of professionals of the education who search its second initial formation in course of pedagogical formation carried through in the Federal Technological University of the Paran in Medianeira. The used methodology was a questionnaire contends relative questions to the aspects observed in the research, being carried through with 64 pupils of the course. The Work demonstrated in the distance that the pupils in a general way are very satisfied with its first initial formation and the program in which they are inserted, same finding that the biggest difficulty in elapsing of the course this being covered to attend the actual lessons. The pupils of the course very are motivated with regard to the docncia for liking the profession professor and with the knowledge and the experiences acquired in the program they will be able to execute the new techniques in classroom.
