Abstract

In this study, the reasons of the changes are attempted to identify by revealing the similar and different aspects of dialect features of Yusufeli (Artvin) and modern standard Turkish.To make this research, various language materials have been collected from central Yusufeli and eighteen villages around before the study by review method.This work consists of 6 sections as `Introduction, Phonetics, Morphology, Conclusion, Text and Dictionary. In the introduction section, the information about the geography and history of Yusufeli, dialect researches in Turkey and works related to Yusufeli dialect is given. In the phonetics and morphology sections, by examining phonetical and morphological features of the region, the characteristics of the speaking language of this region have been revealed. In the conclusion section, the dialect of Yusufeli has been attempted to generalize. In the text section, 30 texts discussed are submitted by transcription symbols. In the dictionary section, a dictionary is created with the words chosen from the texts that have been compiled.Keywords: Yusufeli, Language, Dialect, Phonetics, Morphology

Bu çalışmada, Artvin ili Yusufeli ilçesinin ağız özelliklerinin standart Türkiye Türkçesi ile benzer ve farklı yönleri ortaya konularak bu değişimlerin sebepleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu incelemeyi yapmak amacıyla Yusufeli ilçe merkezi ve on sekiz köyden derleme yöntemiyle çeşitli dil malzemeleri toplanmıştır.Bu çalışma; `Giriş, Ses Bilgisi, Şekil Bilgisi, Sonuç, Metinler ve Sözlük` olmak üzere altı bölümden oluşmaktadır.Giriş kısmında Yusufeli'nin coğrafyası, tarihi, Türkiye'de ağız çalışmaları ve Yusufeli ağzı ile ilgili çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ses Bilgisi ve Şekil Bilgisi kısmında, bölgenin ses ve şekil özellikleri incelenerek bu bölgenin konuşma dilinin özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç bölümünde Yusufeli ağzı ile ilgili genellemelere varılmaya çalışılmıştır. Metin kısmında, ele alınan otuz metin çeviri yazı işaretleriyle sunulmuştur. Sözlük kısmında, derlenmiş metinlerden seçilen sözcüklerle sözlük oluşturulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Yusufeli, Dil, Ağız, Ses Bilgisi, Şekil Bilgisi
