Abstract

En 1998, le réseau de mesure de l'Orgeval s'est doté de deux nouvelles stations hydrométriques, l'une située près du hameau de Goins et la deuxième en forêt de Choqueuse. Deux nouveaux pluviographes ont été installés sur les anciens sites des pluviographes n°26 et 19 et ont donc repris leurs numéros. Ces nouveaux équipements viennent en appui à une action de recherche entreprise dans le cadre du programme PIREN-SEINE. Depuis septembre 1998, le bassin versant de l'Orgeval a également été choisi comme bassin versant test dans le cadre du projet de recherche européen AIMWATER, dont l'objectif est d'améliorer la performance d'outils de modélisation hydrologique dans un contexte de barrages-réservoirs.

In 1999, the Orgeval catchment measures network was improved by two new gaging stations, one located near Goins hamlet and the other in Choqueuse forest. Two new recording gages were installed on the ancient locations of # 26 et 19 recording gages and replaced them. These new equipments aim at supporting a research work undertaken within PIREN-SEINE program. As from september 1998, the Orgeval catchment was also chosen as test catchment for the European research project AIMWATER dedicated to the improvement of hydrologic modelling tools.
