
Las minas del collasuyu fueron el objeto de un reparto ritual entre el Inca, el Sacerdote mayor del Sol y las comunidades.Con la conquista española, y el clima de guerras civiles de los años 50-60, el descubrimiento de las minas fue el objeto de tractaciones locales complejas. La perduracion de los cultos en Potosi hasta el siglo XVII, permite entender la importancia de esta mina para los que la explotaban.La larga duracion de cultos antiguos muy complejos nos remite a la época pré-inca, y a cultos compartidos en una region extensa.
