</script>The RAVENALA project aims to build the capacity of higher education Universities in Madagascar and the Comoros in terms of university teaching methods.It brings together 5 partners:˗The University of Angers in France (project leader)˗The Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium˗The University of Antsiranana in Madagascar˗The University of Mahajanga in Madagascar˗The University of ComorosUniversity teaching plays a crucial role in the training of students, influencing their academic success and their preparation to meet societal challenges. This project is based on a preliminary analysis of teachers' needs at the 3 universities in Madagascar and the Comoros.Several activities are being developed as part of the project:˗Provision of an educational resources platform to be shared with all universities˗Creation of an appropriate training programme and the training of educational advisors who can then become mentors and trainers for fellow teachers˗Creation of a training programme and trainings in university teaching methods for 100 teachers˗Raising awareness of gender equality in higher education˗Communicating the project within the 5 universities˗Disseminating the results of the project through presentations at specialist conferences and ˗Sustainability of the actions implemented (access to the teaching resources platform, training for teaching advisers, etc.).
