It undergoes specific phases:1. Planning (completed): Identifying EU healthcare needs, analyzing skills, reviewing digital technology applications, involving target group representatives, 2. Solution Development: Designing ""Introduction to Health 4.0 for Mental Health Specialists,"" EUcare4.0 training programs, modules, and online learning space with case studies, guidelines,.3. Implementation and Testing: Developing modular training components and the online learning space, testing its functionality.4. Exploitation and Dissemination: Preparing dissemination plans, creating the project website, establishing social media channels, producing newsletters.Project management activities include:- Developing management and quality assurance plans.- Creating satisfaction questionnaire templates.- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes.- Monitoring progress against the Gantt chart.- Administering satisfaction questionnaires after meetings.- Producing reports every 6 months, analyzed by the coordinator and steering committee, interim and f<< Results >>The EUcare4.0 project has achieved significant milestones:1.
