Objective: The main objective of PRODIGY-E is to establish joint project development offices and train highereducation staff in the Project Management Cycle in line with European Commission rules and Supported bymodern Digital Version Control, Project Management Software, and remote cooperation tools. The project alsoseeks to create student innovation hubs that will work with the newly established institutional ProjectManagement Framework to design and carry out creative student projects. Finally, the project will support theadoption of contemporary and cutting-edge IT and digital practices in all of the aforementioned actions.Project will stimulate cooperation of institutions, capacity building and exchange of good practice;Improve the level of competencies, skills and employability potential of students in HEIs in the thirdcountries not associated to the Programme by developing new and innovative education programmes;Promote inclusive education, equality, equity, non-discrimination and the promotion of civic-competencesin higher education in the third countries not associated to the Programme;Enhance the teaching, assessment mechanisms for HEI staff and students, quality assurance,management,governance, inclusion, innovation, knowledge base, digital and entrepreneurial capacities, aswell as the internationalisation of HEIs in the third countries not associated to the Programme;Improve the training of teachers and continuous professional development in order to impact the longerterm quality of the education system in the third countries not associated to the Programme; Established and Project Development Offices in participating institutions and capacity buliding planimplementedEstablished Student Innovation HubsProject Development Officce, Innovation Hubs, teachers and students in topoics of Project and Innovationmanagement.
