</script><< Objectives >>This project aims to integrate spinal health education into school curricula, focusing on the prevention and management of spinal pain commonly seen in students. It provides teachers with tools, training, and resources, including a curriculum guide, an e-learning module, and an open-source LMS. By fostering collaboration with educators and health professionals, the project ensures a sustainable, science-based approach to spinal health, promoting healthier learning environments.<< Implementation >>4 different LTTs, each for 5 days, are planned to generate project results: 1.LTT: January 2026, Establishing a Spine-Friendly E-Learning Module to educate teachers in Europe on spinal disorders, prevention, and management, Norway.2.LTT: June 2026, Transformation of the Spine-Friendly E-Learning Platform into an LMS, Italy.3.LTT: January 2027, Pilot Testing for the LMS and Revision Based on Feedback, Poland.4.LTT: April 2027,Pilot Testing for the Revised LMS, Portugal.<< Results >>1. Spine-Friendly Curriculum Guide: A structured guide containing classroom activities, intervention strategies, case studies, and ergonomic solutions to help teachers integrate into daily education. 2. Spine-Friendly E-Learning Module: A multilingual, self-paced program on spinal health and ergonomic teaching. 3. Spine-Friendly School LMS: A platform for educators and health professionals to share best practices, ensuring a sustainable, evidence-based hub for spinal health in schools.
