</script>Healthcare is one of the Sustainable Development Goal that has a great impact on human life and economy. Hence, biomedical engineers' role in solving healthcare problems through technology has gained global recognition. Biomedical education is crucial as nations strengthen their healthcare systems to handle crises. The world recognizes biomedical engineering courses for producing skilled professionals who can design and implement digital healthcare solutions. A variety of industries employ biomedical engineers, including medical instrument companies, maintenance and sales agencies, hospitals, and software development firms. Biomedical engineering professionals with medical and engineering backgrounds are scarce in Region (3) countries like Egypt and Tunisia. Meeting healthcare's changing needs is difficult due to this scarcity. The demand for innovative healthcare solutions is growing, but the lack of interdisciplinary expertise hinders the integration of cutting-edge technologies in Egyptian and Tunisian healthcare.The pioneering HEALTH-TECH project connects experts worldwide to create a collaborative platform to bridge medical and engineering principles, in particular, medical devices, instrumentation and imaging, and rehabilitation. HEALTH-TECH envisions enhancing educational programs through modernized teaching and training modules, and workshops that foster a new generation of professionals who can seamlessly switch between disciplines. Through structured interdisciplinary learning and collaboration, HEALTH-TECH empowers individuals to advance biomedical engineering. The project aims to build a sustainable talent pipeline between medical practices and engineering innovations in Egypt and Tunisia's healthcare sectors through strategic partnerships. Technical knowledge, potential for development and impact, and managerial expertise are the project's pillars, with partner country medical and engineering institutes included to maximize influence and minimize risks
