The MASUDEM project focuses on curriculum development and academic and administration staff capacity building at partner universities in Indonesia and Thailand (Region 5) addressing the priority Green deal and Sustainable growth and jobs. During the project's existence, the new Master's program/Concentration in Sustainable Development and Management will be developed, accredited, and introduced at partner country universities. The new Master's program will be supported by the development of the study program modules, course documentation, and study texts as well as by retraining of partner country academics teaching in the program. Also, the study services for students of the Master's program will be upgraded in line with best practices and the administrative staff responsible for their provision will be trained. The capacity building will be strengthened by the purchase of relevant equipment to support the core project outcomes. The project will provide opportunities for building sustainable cooperation links among the partner institutions, which are aligned with their internationalization strategies. The outcomes will be disseminated to key stakeholders. The focus of the project on Sustainable Development and Management fully meets the needs of partner countries and contributes to their effort to align their development with the UN sustainable development goals and spread European values in partner countries.
