[ES] En la costa suratlántica española existe en abundancia el ostión, Crassostrea angulata. Hace algunos años formaban bancos importantes en varios puntos de la costa, pero, debido a una explotación intensiva, han sido destruidos en su mayoría. A pesar de dicha explotación, existe aún en la desembocadura del Guadalquivir un importante banco, del cual depende en la actualidad la casi totalidad de la producción de ostiones de la región. Con objeto de conocer las posibilidades de creación de una ostricultura basada en la obtención de "semilla", mediante la captación de larvas sobre colectores artificiales, realizamos un trabajo previo (PASCUAL, 1970) pra determinar loas épocas de puesta y fijación. En este trabajo se presentan los datos y resultados de cinco años de observaciones sobre la fijación de larvas de Crassostrea angulata
