University of Helsinki butterfly collection - Anniina Mattila bred specimens

Abstract

EN: This upload contains photographs taken by Imogen Gavins in the Butterfly Genetics Group at the University of Cambridge from the 25th January 2019 until the 30th January 2019. This batch contains broods from the "common garden" experiment, for the analysis of flight metabolic rate of Heliconius erato demophoon from Panama by Anniina Mattila at the University of Helsinki, undertaken in Oct-Nov 2017. These specimens have been sequenced using RNASeq. Some specimens are not included in this study, which is indicated on the attached csv file; 'Anniina.Mattila.Bred.F.csv'. ID range: F337 - F8621 Nomenclature FXXXX : unit ID corresponding to individual samples _v _d: ventral or dorsal Information on individual samples from the Butterfly Genetics Group Collection can be found on the public database Earthcape (click here for the database, and here for FAQ) Please contact Chris Jiggins (c.jiggins[at]zoo.cam.ac.uk), Anniina Mattila (anniina.mattila [at] helsinki.fi) or Ian Warren (iaw22[at]cam.ac.uk) for requests. Mattila.Bred.F.csv'.
