Numerical convergence of model Cauchy-Characteristic Extraction and Matching (data)

Abstract

The work was partially supported by the STFC Consolidated Grant no. ST/V005596/1, the Center for Research and Development in Mathematics and Applications (CIDMA) through the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT–Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia) – references UIDB/04106/2020 and UIDP/04106/2020 – as well as FCT projects 2022.00721.CEECIND, CERN/FIS-PAR/0027/2019, PTDC/FIS-AST/3041/2020, CERN/FIS-PAR/0024/2021, and 2022.04560.PTDC. This work has further been supported by the European Horizon Europe staff exchange (SE) programme HORIZON-MSCA-2021-SE-01 Grant No. NewFunFiCO-101086251.

This dataset was used to produce the convergence plots in the paper "Numerical convergence of model Cauchy-Characteristic Extraction and Matching", as well as additional convergence tests that can be found in the repository https://github.com/ThanasisGiannakopoulos/model_CCE_CCM_public. The data can be used to reproduce the aforementioned convergence plots or for comparison against data obtained if one performs the same simulations independently.

Keywords
