Introduction This repository contains a Colab notebook that estimates photoionization cross-sections based on the ELETTRA synchrotron database.Photoionization cross-sections are widely used in XPS spectra analysis for the normalization of the photoelectron signal. Further details are available in the notebook. For all use and further development of this tool, please cite Tumashevich, K. and Prisle, N. (2023) “Photoionization cross-section calculator for XPS data analysis”. Zenodo. doi: 10.5281/zenodo.8358420 and all related articles.
