This folder contains software. No data are included. This folder contains two files. - ONS_trajectories.py was used with Python v3.8, and generated trajectories for ONS (England) data for COVID-19 vaccination of all women of childbearing age in England (with NHS registration, first and second dose, all brands). Trajectories were generated per age range, per IMD status, and per ethnicity, according to NHS/ONS definitions. This routine also generates a database to be input in STATA. - poisson_models.do is a STATA file, used with v17.0, which computes univariate and multivariate poisson models. Covariates are age range, IMD status, and ethnicity, according to NHS/ONS definitions.
